Call for Papers: Special Collection on Resilient Urbanism – Deadline Extended to 18 November 2026
The submission deadline has been extended for the Call for Papers for the Special Collection “Resilient Urbanism: Navigating Sustainability and Community Dynamics”, published in City, Territory and Architecture by Springer Nature.
Researchers working on urban resilience, sustainability, climate adaptation, community dynamics, urban planning, architecture and energy are invited to submit their contributions by 18 November 2026.
The Collection invites contributions exploring the intersection of urban resilience, sustainability and community dynamics. It welcomes theoretical and applied research, innovative strategies, methodological frameworks and case studies addressing how cities and communities can prepare for, adapt to and respond to environmental, climatic, energy and social challenges.
Relevant topics include sustainable and resilient urban systems, community engagement, urban resilience assessment, climate and energy resilience, anti-fragile urban design, governance for climate adaptation, social inclusion and integrated approaches connecting urban planning, architecture, energy and climate action.
